…for music celebrity of the year. My vote is going to Carrie Underwood.
Get this. Carrie is a celebrity who doesn’t publicly support a candidate.
“I lose all respect for celebrities when they back a candidate,” Carrie told TV Guide. “It’s saying that the American public isn’t smart enough to make their own decisions. I would never want anybody to vote for anything or anybody just because I told them to.”
Holy shit! Look, I don’t listen to country music or Carrie Underwood, but this is the smartest thing to come out of a celebrity’s mouth in a long time. She actually grasps the fact that nobody gives a flying dump what she thinks just because she can sing!

P.S. I hope this makes up for calling Taylor Swift a prude and an idiot.
